CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment Cancellation Policy: All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time through GlossGenius. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the session value, charged automatically to the card on file in GlossGenius. A 50% reschedule fee will be charged if you are unable to keep your appointment within the 24 hour appointment window. Of course, I know we cannot always predict the future, if it is a true genuine emergency within the cancellation penalty window, please call or text me. This will be added to your client profile.
